Cal Durland has worked in the insurance industry since 1980, as a commercial underwriter, a broker and since 1990, at the industry’s non-profit standards development organization ACORD.
In her current roles, she works with industry associations, as ACORD’s Director of Industry Relations and she manages AUGIE (ACORD-User Group Information Exchange). In these roles Cal works with the various management system user groups, independent agents, carriers and vendors to address technology and workflow opportunities, and to educate the industry on the business value of working with ACORD data standards and forms.
Cal is also an advocate for the Real Time campaign and is on the Board of Advisors for “Personal Lines Growth Alliance”

Division Counsel, P & C Severity Claims. Ed provides legal advice to Severity Claims and participates with Excess Claims management in roundtable presentations by claim professionals to discuss claim handling strategy and evaluations. Ed provides coverage, liability and damage advice, researches legal issues and attends trials. He arranges training sessions on key legal topics.He assists with global corporate governance matters related to claims handling and participates on a new product development committee.
Ed was previously AIG Claims Counsel, Excess Casualty Claims. He provided legal advice to Excess Claims Department, handled catastrophic claims and formulated defense strategy. Prior to joining AIG, Ed was with Hayes & Ryan, Aetna’s Staff Counsel; New York, New York.

Tom is an assistant Vice President with Berkley Facultative Reinsurance Services in Stamford, CT in the reinsurance claim department. He has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, beginning his insurance career at One Beacon Insurance Group (formerly General Accident Insurance and CGU). Tom obtained his CPCU designation in 2002 and has served on the board of The Westchester CPCU Society Chapter since 2002.

Greg worked in several fields prior to pursuing a career in the insurance industry. He has worked in law enforcement, the manufacturing sector, and sales. The State of New York, General Electric, United Technologies and Tandy Corporation have all benefited from Greg's contributions. It was not until he went to work for Partner Re that he found a career about which he could feel passionate.
Greg has been a part of the Reinsurance industry for thirteen years, the past twelve with Swiss Re. He entered Swiss Re as an accountant in the Reinsurance Accounting Department in 2001. He earned his ARe designation in 2005 and CPCU in 2009. Greg currently serves as a Business Manager for Swiss Re's Property and Casualty Reinsurance group.
