This 3-hour virtual course qualifies attendees to earn 3 CE credits. The presenters are Robin Federici and Ryan Bankas
Does it seem like every time a commercial insured contacts you, they are asking to add someone as an additional insured? Do you know how these endorsements affect insurance coverage under a CGL, BAP, Umbrella or WC policy? What coverage does an additional insured really receive? Is the CGL primary and non-contributory? Can we get products and completed operations coverage for an additional insured? Can our insured waive their right of subrogation, and do we need an endorsement if they do? We answer all these questions and more!
Please be prepared to enter your license number so that CE can be awarded. NOTE - there will be two moments during the session where you must confirm your attendance in order to earn the CE credit.
